not a problem. I was just curious. I have no complaints about a free app that actually works!

yes, besides the system wide font-request support which might work with cs3 for now, there are no plug-ins available yet.

The Illustrator CS2 plugin works for me in CS3, but the CS2 InDesign plugin does not. Hope this helps a few people.

Fontexplorer is by far the best font management programme I have used. Keep up the good work.

hey cool, the plug-in for Illustrator CS2 will install for CS3 and seems to work OK. Use the Tools> Plug-in Manager to install it!

Yep, mine's fine with Illustrator CS3 too so I guess the application structure's not dissimilar to CS2.
Great app, bring on CS3 support!

If at all possible, I would love to see support for Fireworks CS3. No doubt Illustrator, Photoshop and Quark users are the majority here, but some of us web designers are doing our best when it comes to typography too! Wink

Fonts don't autoactivate in Fireworks CS3? Damn, I will never understand why these buggers don't just use the standard way provided by the OS. It's such a bother.

Hi,
Anyone got a rough/vague date on the plug-ins for CS3 yet ?

We have CS3 ready to deploy but will not do so until our favourite font management app (Font Explorer X !) is fully CS3 compatible.

My boos keeps on at me about switching to Suitcase if an update for Font Explorer X is not imminent. I keep putting him off telling him that I'm sure Linotype will announce it very soon....

Help!

I'm in the same boat.

I have 20 machines online and another 20 coming in and i REALLY don't want to have to use suitcase.
It's not a cost thing suitcase just doesn't work!
I have 5 machines on Fontexplorer and I want to pull our remaining installs of suitcase but until Fontexplorer catches up to CS3 I'm -.

Please we NEED those CS3 plugins.
